Lightning McQueen from the movie "Cars" - This cake was made for a boy's first birthday. The cake is a caramel cake with Toffee buttercream icing.

I made these two cakes in order to practice with a new recipe for fondant icing. It is so YUMMY!!

Jungle cake. This cake was Vanilla with Nutella in the center.

I made this doll cake to look like Sleeping Beauty. She is standing on a cake made to look like a field of flowers.

Close up of the details. The doll cake was strawberry and the bottom cake was vanilla. The dress, flowers, butterflies and ladybugs are all edible.
